100% Pasture Fed Organic Beef & Heart Super Mince

Powerhouse nutrition. We make this mince with 50% regular beef and 50% beef heart. 

Beef heart is very high in essential nutrients and vitamins, yet is has a very mild, neutral flavour. Minced with regular beef, the taste difference is almost indiscernible from plain beef. The bonus is all that extra goodness.
