Organic Smoked Streaky Bacon
Streaky bacon is made with the belly, rather than the loin which is used for back bacon. Layers of gorgeous meat and fat, full of amino acids.
We hand cure our bacon in small batches and then smoke gently smoked over apple wood chips. This bacon is about as a far as you can get from a mass produced product.
Organic, free range pork from Horton House Farm and Eastleach Downs in the Cotswolds.
