*All orders for Rib Of Beef will include 1kg of beef mince (2 packs) and 1kg of diced beef (2 packs). The £30 deposit taken will cover the price of the mince and diced, with the full value of the beef joint to be paid on collection*

Dry aged, organic and 100% pasture fed rib prepared as a Cote De Boeuf. The £/kg price is £48.70.

This rib will be virtually all meat. We French trim the joint (remove the backbone) leaving just the smalls rib bones. Simply slice straight through to serve.
