Dry aged, organic and 100% pasture fed rib prepared as a Cote De Boeuf.

This rib will be virtually all meat. We French trim the joint (remove the backbone) leaving just the smalls rib bones. Simply slice straight through to serve.

We are taking a £30 deposit, with the balance to be paid on collection. The £/kg price is £39.95.
