Dry aged, organic and 100% pasture fed sirloin wing rib of beef. The joint has been French trimmed so it is virtually all meat. Simply carve between the bones.

A classic bistro cut of sirloin on the bone. Cut from where the sirloin meets the ribeye.

We are taking a flat £30 deposit on all beef joints, with the balance to be paid on collection. The price £/kg is £34.95.
