2x lamb loin chops from our 100% pasture fed & organic native breed lambs.

Consider loin chops as a mini T-bone, comprising sirloin and fillet either side of the bone. They can be cooked rare to well done. Either way, start in a hot pan and then transfer to a low oven. Always rest lamb well.
