Organic Fillet of Beef
Organic 100% Pasture Fed Fillet of Beef.
Because fillet is expensive, it is natural to be nervous about getting the cooking just right. To cook a larger piece of fillet, consider the weight and follow a guide. A meat thermometer is never a bad idea. Best served rare to medium rare. Finish with butter and seasoning.
