2 x 140g lamb burgers, homemade and hand pressed with our 100% Pasture Fed Organic lamb.
A similar recipe to our lamb merguez and similarly delicious but with a few tweaks.
We have blended ground spices and added fresh rosemary and a little tomato puree to give a really savoury, rich flavour. The aromas given off when cooking are quite intoxicating!
