Organic beef dripping from 100% pasture fed cows. We believe that these fats have life giving properties!
We render the fat and then set it in small cardboard pots. It will last 6 months in the fridge.
Ideal for crisping up potatoes, shallow frying and because of the neutral flavour, works brilliantly with pan fried fish or shellfish even.
