Lamb

The native breed Wiltshire Horn sheep at Horton House graze the top of the chalk downs above the farm. Reared for flavour and superior eating quality, our lamb will cook quite differently to conventional lamb; no strong smell and no excess fat in the pan. Hogget and mutton will also be available in season.

Hung for up to 2 weeks at The Green Butcher. Certified organic and 100% pasture for life.
