A generous sirloin on the bone. As with all thick cut steaks, our advice is to brown in the pan first before transferring to a medium oven and cook to medium rare. Alternatively, the “reverse sear” method could work well. Alternatively still, cooking over an open grill or BBQ would definitely work very well.
